 I am no hair expert but I am on the journey to have heathier hair and with the web there is so much information for the average girl to learn and these are a few tips I thought would be helpful to anyone on that journey!!:)

1. Take pics to track progress
2. Keep a hair journal
• Write what products work and what doesn't

3. What methods worked best
4. Outline goals
• Want longer hair
• Shinier
• Less breakage/ split ends
• Moisture/ softness
• Great cut
• Etc

5. Research the products/ingredients you use for hair
6. Be PATIENT it will take time but don't give up

Circus fun nails

I recently got my nails done @ a local nail shop and was in need of a pick me up so I got my nails done in a fun way that would make me smile when looking @ them.  So here are the pics.

The nail colors are toy boy blue on the pinky finger, ringer finger has a purple minx, turn up turquoise middle finger, salmon pink on index finger and a checker minx on thumb.  The ring is from Nicki's Beauty Bar.  So i know they wild but that's what i was going for, sometimes I just need a dose.
